## What he thinks about AI

His position, stated on the homepage and expanded in his writing:

- AI is useful when it removes a step, not when it adds a feature. The question is never what a model can do; it is which screens a person no longer has to see.
- An agent that never hands over to a human is not autonomous, it is unsupervised. The handover is designed before the conversation.
- AI is closer to an accessibility ramp than to a robot. Dyslexia and ADHD run in his family, and he argues that people who were told they were disorganised are unusually well suited to work that rewards holding many threads at once.
- Fear of AI usually comes from it being sold as a replacement. He builds it as step-removal, so people reach the part only a person can do.
